Personalized Strength and conditioning training according to your goals and needs. Exercises will be tailored to individuals within the studio to improve your muscle strength and/or muscle mass. A maximum of 4 members per session allows adequate supervision of members to ensure form and intensity is correct

HIRT Small Group

High Intensity Resistance Training or HIRT incorporates resistance training with a higher, heart pumping routine. Think boot camp or HIIT with weights that focuses on muscle endurance, build and blasts some calories at the same time. Exercises are tailored to meet fitness levels and abilities as well as personal goals in this maximum 4 member session
