
Our Muscle and Bone program targets those who have Osteoporosis or Osteopenia. It is a weight lifting program based on the results of the LIFTMOR study aimed at significant improvements in muscle strength and bone density.
We run in 8 week blocks including a rest week based on the following
1st Block – teaching technique and form, gradual increases in weight to ensure safety and reduce any possible risk of injury.
2nd Block – move to progressive overload weight training that will see significant results in strength, stability and body composition.
3rd Block onwards – continued progress in weight training that will see great results in both strength and bone density
