  • Secure, personal access digital platform that holds all individual workouts, schedules, progress monitoring and key data

Our Packages

STANDARD PACKAGE $300/month (or $80 per session)

Best for New/returning gym users, Weight Loss, Body Transformation, Over 45’s, Over 65’s

What you get:

  • Weekly 1 on 1 Face to Face training sessions
  • Regular consultation to:
    • define goals,
    • base functional fitness evaluations &
    • monitor progress
  • Secure access to SCOZA Fitness app includes
    • Personal Workout Routines with video instructions,
    • Workout Schedules,
    • Body Metric Tracking &
    • Before/After photos (if wanted)
  • Regular phone calls/texts/emails for additional coaching & motivation
  • Basic Nutritional assessment & advice

PREMIUM PACKAGE $450/month

Best for Lifestyle transformations, significant weight loss goals, specific sport related goals

What you get:

  • Twice Weekly 1 on 1 Face to Face training sessions
  • Regular consultation to
    • define goals,
    • base functional fitness evaluations &
    • monitor progress
  • Secure access to SCOZA Fitness app includes
    • Personal Workout Routines with video instructions,
    • Workout Schedules,
    • Body Metric Tracking &
    • Before/After photos (if wanted)
  • Weekly phone calls/texts/emails for additional coaching & motivation
  • Basic Nutritional assessment & advice

SMALL GROUP PACKAGE $140/month/client (or $35/session)

Same as Standard Package but Weekly sessions are in groups up to 4 participants
