H.I.R.T (HIRT 30min)

High Intensity Resistance Training (H.I.R.T) is simply the best all round exercise activity to target that general “fit and conditioned” target. Carrying out resistance exercises (weights, bodyweight, resistance bands etc.) whilst at a activated heart rate will:

H.I.I.T (HIIT Class 45 mins)

Our HIIT Classes are full body, heart pumping, calorie burning workouts. A mixture of straight out Cardio plus some HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training), a dabble of Core and you have the total workout package!

Our Cardio Classes are full on cardio explosions!
Our heart pumping, calorie burning workouts are a Tabata based burn session with music pumping in the background. You don’t need to worry about choreographed beats, just give it 100%, stop, take a breath then give it your all again!
